1. UNDERBUST:

Wearing a comfortable, preferably unpadded bra, wrap a soft measuring tape firmly around the top of your ribcage, under your breasts, ensuring it runs horizontally all the way round. Make a note of your underbust measurement.

2. OVERBUST:

Wrap the measuring tape around your back and loosely across the fullest point of your bust. Exhale fully and then take a note of your overbust measurement.

3. FIND YOUR SIZE:

Use the chart below to find where your underbust and overbust meet. If you are between measurements: round down on your underbust, and for your overbust round either up or down depending on your personal preference. Finally, find your size in the FMC size conversion chart.
